Strange Brothers Raspberry and Lemon Cider
Pure Hawkes Bay apples create an all-natural cider, then add raspberry juice and a splash of lemon.
Individually mango and mimosa are a hit, so we’ve combined mango juice with our apple cider for a unique twist on the classic mimosa.
A fresh-fruit cocktail of crushed pineapple with a twist of fresh lime and orange zest!
So we pressed out some fresh Pear juice and fermented it with Champagne yeast. It turned out pretty awesome, but our beekeeping mate Rodger said why don’t you put some of my Manuka Honey in the mix? So we did. You’re welcome.
